Courses and Instruction
Payment: Payment must be received in full at least 24 hours before the start date of the course.
Asynchronous Cancellation Policy: Refunds will be provided if a request is submitted to [email protected] within 1 week of payment minus a $100 processing fee. If more than 10% of the course has been accessed, additional adjustments will be made accordingly. Refunds will not be honored if more than 50% of the course has been accessed, or if it is more than 30 days since purchase date. Refunds requested after 1 week of purchase are considered on a case by case basis.
Live Training Cancellation Policy: Full refunds minus a processing fee will be provided if requests are submitted to [email protected] more than a month ahead of the instruction date. A 50% refund will be provided if the request is submitted less than a month and more than 24 hours before the first day of instruction. There are no refunds with less than 24 hours’ notice.
Hybrid Learning Cancellation Policy:
Before Program Commencement
- Requests submitted more than 30 days before the first live session: Full refund minus $100 processing fee, provided no more than 10% of asynchronous content has been accessed
- Requests submitted 24 hours to 30 days before the first live session: 50% refund minus $100 processing fee, provided no more than 10% of asynchronous content has been accessed
- If more than 10% of asynchronous content has been accessed before the live sessions begin, refunds will be adjusted accordingly on a case-by-case basis
Less Than 24 Hours Before First Live Session OR After Program Commencement: Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and evaluated based on
- Total program completion percentage (both live and asynchronous components)
- Time elapsed since program start
- Extenuating circumstances
Typical refund range: 25-45% of tuition, with processing fees waived for good-faith requests submitted within the first two weeks of program commencement. Requests after two weeks will incur the standard $100 processing fee. No refunds will be considered if more than 50% of the total program content has been accessed or if more than 60 days have elapsed since the program start date.
Please note: Refunds or partial credits are not available for individual sessions, modules, or components of a bundled course or full training program. Once a participant is enrolled in a multi-part course (live + asynchronous components), it is considered a single program, and partial withdrawals or refunds for specific portions are not permitted.

Event Cancellation: Sadar Psychological reserves the right to cancel any course due to events beyond Sadar Psychological’s control. In the unlikely event of cancellation, registrants will be notified and will receive a full refund.
Grievances: If there are any concerns with the content of the course and an attendee wishes to file a grievance, they are asked to write to [email protected]. Upon receipt of the email expressing the complaint, the complainant will receive a written copy of the grievance procedure. Concerns will be addressed within 2 business days.
Mentorship & Professional Consultation
24 Hour Cancellation Policy: Sadar Psychological has a 24 business hour cancellation policy for individual services. If a mentee or practitioner-client cancels with greater than 24 business hours, they will receive a full refund or may reschedule. For no-shows or cancellations made with less than 24 business hours, there are no refunds.
Sadar Knowledge Center
Cancellation: Monthly membership can be canceled at any time. Members will continue to have access to the SKC until the end of the billing cycle during which they cancel. For annual memberships, Sadar Psychological will issue prorated refunds minus a 10% processing fee.
