Hi! I am a trauma informed LICSW who works in my own private practice in Dartmouth, MA. I specialize in anxiety and couples therapy and see individuals of all ages since 2005. I believe in a holistic approach and enjoy mindfulness-based techniques. I took Bessel Vanderkolks Trauma Training from 2015 to 2016 and most recently took the Sadar Psychological Neurofeedback Didactic course last March and am continuing on with my cohort to hopefully become certified.
