Dr. Taylor brings a distinctive blend of academic expertise and hands-on experience to Sadar Psychological, integrating psychophysiology with somatic approaches to healing. Her journey in the healing arts began in 2002 as a bodyworker, where she developed proficiency in multiple modalities including craniosacral and trigger point therapy. Her deep understanding of the mind-body connection is informed by both professional training and personal experience. After completing her BA in Psychology with emphasis in kinesiology and holistic health from San Francisco State University, she pursued doctoral studies at Saybrook University, where she specialized in psychophysiology and discovered neurofeedback as a powerful tool for transformation. Dr. Taylor’s approach to mentoring emphasizes optimal performance perspectives, helping practitioners identify and address neural and physiological barriers to healing. Her extensive experience in both bodywork and neurofeedback provides unique insights into trauma stored in both body and brain, informing her integrated approach to assessment and training.
