As Clinical Director, Mitchell pioneers innovative neurofeedback practices while advancing research and evidence-based treatments at Sadar Psychological. Dr. Mitchell Sadar brings over 40 years of experience as a licensed psychologist, and 20+ years pioneering neurofeedback practice in the Philadelphia region. As Clinical Director and Lead Instructor, he was he was among the earliest adopters of neurofeedback in his clinical practice world-wide, and introduced EEG biofeedback to the greater Philadelphia area in 1999.

His extensive clinical background spans diverse settings, including adult and adolescent inpatient units, substance abuse rehabilitation programs, prisons, and private practice. This breadth of experience informs his approach to both clinical work and professional education.

As President of the Northeast Regional Biofeedback Society, Dr. Sadar actively contributes to advancing the field of neurotherapy.

Board-certified in both Neurofeedback and Heart Rate Variability since 2000, he combines clinical expertise with a dedication to professional development and education. His work particularly emphasizes evidence-based applications of psychophysiological interventions.
